XAVO ("the Firm", "we") provides commercial, financial and management consulting services from offices in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

When you submit the enquiry form on this website, we receive the details you type into it:

We also record the date and time of the submission and the page address it was sent from.

We ask only for what we need in order to reply to you. Please do not send confidential financial information through this form.

Information collected automatically

This website sets no cookies of its own, and we use no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

We use the details you submit for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads to work, to discuss and arrange that engagement.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

Where it is stored

Enquiries submitted through this website are written to a spreadsheet held in the Firm's Google Workspace account, using a script operated by the Firm. Access is limited to those within the Firm who need it in order to respond.

Service providers

Google LLC

Stores enquiry records (Google Sheets and Google Drive) and serves the typefaces used on this site. When a page loads, Google receives your IP address in order to deliver those typefaces.

Netlify, Inc.

Hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.

These providers may process and store data outside India. We use them because they are necessary to operate the site, and we do not permit them to use your information for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

◆ Decision needed. A common approach is to keep enquiries that do not lead to work for a set period — for example twenty-four months — and then delete them, while retaining records relating to an actual engagement for as long as professional and statutory obligations require.

Enquiry records are held in access-controlled accounts and this website is served over an encrypted connection. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial or identity documents through the enquiry form. We will tell you the appropriate way to share those once we are in contact.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date shown at the top.
